Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of foundationgrowth.io (the "Site"), operated by Field Outreach LLC, doing business as Foundation Growth ("Foundation Growth," "we," "us," or "our"), a Missouri limited liability company. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the Site's operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, scrape or harvest data, or use the Site in any way that violates applicable law.
Services
The Site describes marketing services we offer to trade contractors, including the Map Pack Accelerator. Information on the Site is for general purposes and does not itself create a client relationship. Any engagement with Foundation Growth is governed by a separate written service agreement, and if these Terms conflict with a service agreement you have signed with us, the service agreement controls, including all guarantee terms, pricing, and scope.
Results and case studies
Case studies and results shown on the Site reflect specific client engagements. Rankings, call volume, and revenue outcomes depend on factors outside any provider's full control, including your market, competitors, and your own business operations. Nothing on the Site is a promise of specific results for your business.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, design, graphics, and logos, are owned by Field Outreach LLC or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Client names and logos belong to their respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.
Third party services
The Site links to or embeds third party services, including a scheduling widget operated by LeadConnector. Your use of third party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Field Outreach LLC and its members, officers, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and it does not apply to obligations under a signed service agreement, which are governed by that agreement.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Field Outreach LLC from claims, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in St. Louis, Missouri.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect when posted here with a new "last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
