Where we started

Foundation Growth was founded by Carson King and started in one of the hardest niches in home services: foundation repair and waterproofing. We generated in-home estimates for contractors through paid advertising, sat inside their businesses, and watched what actually turned marketing spend into booked jobs.

The pattern was hard to miss. In every market, the contractors who won long term were the ones sitting in the top 3 of Google Maps. Homeowners with real problems search, look at the top of the map, and call. Everyone below that line fights over what is left, or buys leads that got sold to five other companies down the road.

So we built one focused service around that reality: the Map Pack Accelerator. No 40 page reports, no vague retainers. We rebuild every signal Google reads, and you watch your pins turn green on a weekly scan of your own service area.

The work behind the ranking

Google decides the top 3 using relevance, proximity, and prominence. Our whole system is engineering those three things for one business at a time: the Google Business Profile rebuilt field by field, a steady review flow, consistent listings across the sites Google trusts, city pages that tell Google where you work, and a live scoreboard in your client portal so you never have to take our word for anything.

When Delinzio Builders came to us, a family owned foundation repair company in Albuquerque with 35 years in the ground, they averaged position 17 on the map. Six weeks of this system later they averaged #2 across the metro and held #1 in most of it. That is the standard we hold every engagement to.
